Pineapple Whiskey Sour.

I feel like there's such a sense belonging on Summer nights. When you’re still filled with warmth while the air starts to cool off. It’s still light and vibrant out, even though the sun is going to sleep. I feel like summer nights just want you to be happy. Yeah, maybe that’s it. They go with your flow and you set the pace and tone. Now, when it comes to summer sippin’ at times like these, I think keeping it easy is the way to go. And you can’t go wrong with something light, bright, fruity, and chilled. Cocktail recipe today comes from Baddish Group–a Pineapple Whiskey Sour, starring Clyde May’s Alabama Whiskey. A Perfectly simple drink for summer nights like these. And for people who have a hard time believing whiskey can be used in for light cocktails, try this one on for size.

Let's concoct:

  • 1 oz. Clyde May’s Alabama Whiskey

  • 4 oz. pineapple juice

  • 0.5 oz. lemon juice

*Add ice to the cocktail shaker. Pour ingredients into shaker. Shake until thoroughly chilled. Pour over ice. Serve with an optional lemon slice.
