Tanager Cachaça Negroni

#NegroniWeek is gettin' crazy over here with today's Cachaça Negroni. 🤤 Made with @novofogo's Tanager Cachaça—this negroni has some earthy and spice hints to it, making quite an interesting character. @novofogo's Tanager is aged in repurposed oak barrels and then finished in Brazilian zebrawood to get that natural red color. 😱👌🏻

Let's concoct:

  • 1 oz Novo Fogo Tanger Cachaça

  • 1 oz Campari

  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth

*Stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Orange twist.
