A minty mezcal mix here to kick off the week.

2 oz Mezcal
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.25 oz Cointreau
0.25 oz Mint Syrup

Shake and strain over fresh crushed ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with mint sprig and lime.

Here's a tasty little riff on a Beso De Fuego. I love paring mezcal with grapefruit—and with the mix of some amaro and heat makes for an interesting adventure.

2 oz Mezcal @madremezcal
0.5 oz Montenegro Amaro @amaromontenegro_us
1 oz Fresh
