RAMOS GIN FIZZ

Ah, a labor of love cocktail…

2 oz Gin

0.75 oz Heavy Whipping Cream

0.75 oz Simple Syrup

0.5 oz Lime Juice

0.5 oz Lemon Juice

5 Drops Orange Flower Water

1 Egg White

1.5 oz Club Soda

Pour club soda into a chilled Collin’s glass and set it aside. Combine remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker, and dry shake (for 30 seconds to a1 minute) to get the frothy texture. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill. Double-strain into your Collin’s glass with the club soda. No garnish needed, but if you feel like it’s naked, maybe an orange twist.
