I’m pretty fired up on Heirloom’s Pineapple Amaro—and just I love how it dances with mezcal. So here’s a fun and upbeat cocktail of pineapple, mezcal, ginger, and lime to get your heart groovin’ 💃🏻🍍🙌🏻
RAMBLING VOYAGER
1.5 oz Mezcal
0.75 oz Heirloom’s Pineapple Amaro
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Ginger Syrup
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake to chill. Strain over a large fresh ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with lime wheel and pineapple frond. 🍍😎
