Paper Plane

PAPER PLANE

When I think of some equal-parts drinks that I love, this one is definitely up in my favorites. A modern classic cocktail created by bartender Sam Ross, that's name was inspired by (yup, probably what you guessed) M.I.A's hit song "Paper Planes." What he was listening to while he was trying to come up with the recipe creation. I feel like this drink is such a good representation of the cocktail movement, especially with the use of amaro and Aperol at the time. A well-balanced, bright, tasty, and straightforward cocktail. 🎢 No one on the corner has swagger like us 🎢

0.75 oz Bourbon
0.75 oz Nonino Quintessentia Amaro
0.75 oz Aperol
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice to chill. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
