PEAR OF THIEVES
1.25 oz Gin
1 oz Pear Brandy
0.75 oz Dry Vermouth
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters

Combine ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
