Sage Sour

Lil’ Sage Sour on the window sil saying 👋🏻

SAGE SOUR
2 oz Gin
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
4 Sage Leaves
2 drops of Orange Flower Water
Egg White

Muddle sage leaves and simple syrup. Add remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Dry shake to get the texture. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a sage leave.
