Shakin' up something simple, tasty, and with a hint of tropical flavor. And I must say, a great cocktail to start the morning off–with a cup of "Smokey Pineapple Joe."

SMOKEY PINEAPPLE JOE
1.5 oz Mezcal
1 oz Mr Black's Coffee Liqueur
0.5 oz Pineapple Gum Syrup

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to chill. Strain into rocks glass over a fresh ice cube. Garnish with pineapple fronds. 🍍☕️🤙🏻😀
