Smokey Beso De Fuego

 

Here's a tasty little riff on a Beso De Fuego. I love pairing mezcal with grapefruit—and with some amaro and heat in the mix, makes for a marvelous adventure.

SMOKEY BESO DE FUEGO
2 oz Mezcal
0.5 oz Montenegro Amaro
1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
0.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.25 oz Agave
1-2 Dashes of Scrappy's Firewater Tincture (I'm weak when it comes to heat, so one dash is good for me 😂)
