CORAL DOVE
1.5 oz Tequila
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice
2-3 Dashes of Lavender Bitters
Sparkling/Club Soda
Add all ingredients (excluding the sparkles) into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill. Double strain into a large coupe glass or white wine glass. Top with some bubbles.
Also, that grapefruit skin was thiiick 😂 I wish I cut off some excess there for easier juicing. Next time!
