Millionaire
I was very intrigued with the components of this recipe when I came across it. In my notes I have it written down as Millionaire, but apparently it may be called Millionaire No. 2? Also from my notes, this is adapted from Hugo R Ensslin’s 1917 Recipes of Mixed Drinks. If anyone knows better information, please let me know. I need to take more detailed notes, I’m learning. 😂 Regardless, I really enjoy this interesting combination. It works, and I’m a fan. Now you can be a fan too.
MILLIONAIRE
1.5 oz Jamaican Rum
0.75 oz Sloe Gin
0.75 oz Apricot Liqueur
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over a fresh large ice cube. Garnish with a lime wheel.
