Morning Glory Fizz
Boy do I love me a Fizz, and this is a really fun one 🤘🏻 With the incredible combo of @stgeorgespirits’s Baller American Single Malt Whiskey and Absinthe Verte—we got ourselves a Morning Glory Fizz! As its name suggests, this classic cocktail was originally created as an eye-opener. It still makes a great cocktail alongside brunch, and is equally delicious whenever you’re in the mood for a little lift.
MORNING GLORY FIZZ
2 oz Baller American Single Malt Whiskey
2 dashes St. George Absinthe Verte
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 simple syrup
1 egg white
club soda
Add all ingredients except the club soda to a mixing glass. Dry shake, then add ice and shake to chill. Double-strain into a fresh glass and top with about two ounces of club soda. Garnish with orange zest and a twist.
