This is a simple and perfect seasonal cocktail to sip on by the fire with some good company. Pairing two marvelous Bay Area spirits for this cozy and bold libation of spiced pear, orange, and whiskey. I know I’ve really been going hard on the paint with Home Base’s Single Malt, but it’s just so damn good. And with St. George’s delicious Spiced Pear Liqueur? 🤌🏻 Ah, match made in heaven. Can’t go wrong.

1.25 oz Single Malt Whiskey
1 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
0.25 oz Cointreau

Combine ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with orange zest.
